You might be thinking “what is a midi session?”

Well this is what I call my sessions that I think are longer then a mini and shorter then a full session.

So a midi session. I find minis are generally in the 10-20 minute length for photography (usually 15).

My midis are 25-30 minutes. I find this is a better length then minis. They do not feel quite as rushed

and couples get more images to view then a mini. Also I just like them more ha ha.

I offer these sessions 7-8 dates a year. They are set dates when I do a couple of them in one evening.

I usually alternate one date in Calgary, the next in the Mountains. I do also have full length sessions

as well for those who want the full experience, more of an input into the location we pick and also

the time to allow for two outfits rather then one.

And now to these four! Hello cuteness overload with their two pups. They were

adorable and like all doggos a handful at a photoshoot haha. Even the most well

trained dogs are kinda brats when it comes to photos. They just don’t quite understand the concept

of sitting with your humans but facing away and being called by a stranger but not going to them.

Also the whole treat bribery thing only sometimes works as usually they bolt straight for the treat.

So really they are the same as toddlers. But for me much more fun to photograph then toddlers ha ha

I always say “I am very dog friendly” and it is true! I often have treats stuffed in my jacket pockets

so I win dogs over quickly ha ha.
