Taylor & Sidney’s Creative Portrait Session

In a daydreaming moment I thought up this session…I had a vision.

The vision was a very intimate, very connected best friends session with

lace gowns and elegant posing. I immediately thought of my former client

Taylor and texted her mom and asked if she would have a friend interested

in the shoot as well. Without hesitation Taylor and her mom said Sidney would be

the perfect fit. And once I had my two girls I got my makeup artist Artistry by Bobi

on board as well. I gave Bobi 100% creative freedom for this shoot. She knew my

vision and she add her creative talent to the hair & makeup. And while we

were shooting Bobi even made the floral crowns out of wild flowers that

she picked on the side of the road. Taylor & Sidney were the perfect pair

for this shoot, the posed so perfectly together and they took all my

direction. Their dance backgrounds added the elegant flair to the posing

right down to their fingers. This shoot had the huge…and I mean

calgary portrait photographer Could these girls have been any more perfect for this shoot! I love every photo! Every vision I had came to life perfectly through these two. Laying on this log was not easy or comfortable and they make it look elegant . Love love Artistry by Bobi’s creative twist on this shot. The crimped and braided hair and the eye color! AMAZING calgary portrait photographer Those eyes though!! AND….This messy braid with mile high poof is stunning! Every pose of the two of them was about connection. Being dancers and best friends they added finesse to everything. I don’t often change up my editing too much, but for these ones I edited them in a more matte effect. This image on the right was the start of my vision for this shoot…and everything beautifully unravelled from there.
