Red Bloom Photography

A intimate fall wedding at Azuridge Estate. This venue has been on my bucket list for years and it

lived up to its reputation!  From the moment I pulled up, i was in love! The grounds so perfectly manicured and

so many little nooks for photos!  It is a photographers dream!  Having everything right in one location makes

things super easy. I could easily photograph both Zac & Jaime and with the chilly rainy day it was easy for them

to take a 5 minute photo break to warm up!  These two chose to have a intimate wedding saying their I DO’s in

front of family!  I love all weddings but intimate weddings have a special place in my heart.

Here are some words from the bride & groom!

How did you guys meet ? 

Please share the proposal story with us?
 We met way back in grade 7 in our homeroom class. We stayed friends since grade then and once we got to high
school we became best friends and spent a lot of time together! Fast forward a few years after University
and we were still friends but had each went away for school. Not long after we finished University we
started dating! Now four years of dating and on January 25, 2018 I came home after the gym
and saw my two fur babies (cats) locked in the back room.. my first response was well jeeze zac why
did you lock the cats back here…then on the little kitten I saw something around his neck and then I thought
well WTF Zac the cats got into something…As I got closer I noticed what was actually tied around his
neck was also tied around the other cats neck.. “Mom we think that you and Dad” “Should get married.” I came
through the door and there he was playing my favorite song (Love Story – Lanco) and he asked me to marry him!
 

Most memorable moment from your wedding day?
Bride- I loved every moment of the day! I loved doing the reading of the letters right before the ceremony,
and just loved seeing Zac so happy when I was walking towards him!

Tell me about the special aspects of your day that made it unique to you two?
 We both didn’t have anything to unique about our day but when we were
planning the wedding, we tossed around the idea of having a huge wedding or keeping it small and
intimate. I am so happy we decided to keep it small and just have our families there to support us the day
was so magical and not stressful everyone enjoyed themselves.
Besides making the choice to marry each other, what was the easiest decision
you made for your wedding? What made it so easy?
 -ahh picking our photographer! * also the venue I always knew since the first time I saw Azurdige
that I wanted to get married there!
What was the most difficult, time consuming choice that you made for your wedding day? And advice to couples on this?
 Nothing really since we kept it so small and intimate there was very little stress involved!
Advice to couples planning their wedding day? 
Do what you want! Try not to let the opinions of moms, sisters, aunts get in the way
of what you truly want. Its your day no one elses.
